One of the most decorated Sunbirds in Fresno Pacific history, women's swimmer Cheyenne Coffman holds program records in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle and the 100- and 200-yard backstroke while also contributing to three school-record relays. At the NAIA Championships, she won eight individual national titles and helped Fresno Pacific capture 10 relay titles as well as the 2012 National Championship. Coffman holds the all-time NAIA record in both the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke, was named the NAIA Outstanding Swimmer in both 2010 and 2012, and was a two-time Olympic Trial qualifier. Coffman (now Stewart) was a three-time All-American and capped off her illustrious Sunbirds career with the FPU Athletics Senior of the Year honor in 2012.
