The Sunbirds rebounded from a tough loss earlier in the week with a dominant 9-0 win over for GSAC rival Concordia on Saturday.

FPU took all three doubles starting with a big win 8-2 at No. 1 doubles. Kirill Sinitsyn and Kyle Rowe overtook Patrick Szeremeta and Marc Reddmann. The pair has a combined record of 6-2 this season, the best of any Sunbird doubles pair.

In singles play Marco Gabriel had a stand out performance at No. 2 singles filling in for Amarit Sanchez who was scratched after doubles. Gabriel has yet to lose a singles match, moving to 9-0 on the season with the 6-4, 7-6 victory over Reddmann.

Stefan Loop rebounded from his first loss of the season with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 5 singles, and his first match of the season at that spot.

Fresno Pacific will take a road trip through southern California this weekend before heading out to the Las Vegas Spring Classic on March 11. The Sunbirds begin with a rematch against No. 13 Grand Canyon in Azusa, Calif.
