SAN DIEGO, CA. - After a rained-out Saturday match, the Fresno Pacific women's tennis team refocused and returned to what they do best. Winning, that is.
With a 5-2 win over GSAC opponent Point Loma Nazarene Monday afternoon, the No.2 ranked Sunbirds have now won 58 straight conference matches which ties the GSAC record for most consecutive wins in any sport. Azusa Pacific men's tennis had won 58 consecutive games from 2002-2008, respectively.
FPU is now 8-0 on the season.
