Personal - Yulia is from Moscow, Russia…Her parents are Alexander and Alexandra Blinovskaya…She has two sisters and one brother…Her favorite food is crepes...Her favorite book is “The Count of Monte Cristo"…Yulia is a Business Accounting major.
Prior to FPU - Yulia graduated from School #550 in
Moscow…She transferred to FPU from CSU Bakersfield where she played water polo.
As a sophomore (2008) - Yulia posted a singles overall record of 8-1 while playing in the #6 slot...Teaming up with Angie Minova, she earned a 11-1 doubles record while playing primarily in the #3 position...Yulia was a part of the 2007 women's team that earned Runner-Up at the National Championship.
As a junior (2009) - Yulia posted a singles overall record of 7-3 while playing in the #4, #5 and #6 slots...She also posted a doubles overall record of 6-5, partnering with Elizabeth McFeeters, Brittany Salley, and Maria Klokotzky...Yulia was a part of the 2008 women's team that earned Runner-Up at the National Championship.
