FRESNO, CA. - The No.15 ranked Fresno Pacific men's basketball team sent the senior class out in style Monday evening at FPU's Special Events Center, winning their last regular season home game convincingly, 80-59.

Senior guard Alex Davenport led the scoring for FPU with 19 points in the contest, while fellow senior guards Jesse Childs and James Lewis Jr. also put up double digits. Childs netted 15 points, and Lewis contributed 14.

Junior forward Jordan Wild also chipped in for FPU rounding out the double-figure scorers with 11 points, and senior center RouSean Cromwell was strong in the paint with 6 rebounds and 3 blocks.

The Sunbirds started the game well to jump out to a commanding 51-30 halftime lead, and then cruised through the second period to claim the Conference win.

"This was a good win," said FPU assistant coach Chris Wright, "and we played extremely well for 40 minutes tonight."

"The great part about it is we have one more home game against Westmont on Thursday," Wright added referring to the Sunbirds' upcoming playoff game.

With the victory, Fresno Pacific ends the regular season 13-7 in GSAC play, and 23-7 overall.
