QUOTABLE:
  • "We got off to a strong start but our youth got the best of us in the second half. I was proud of how focused and intense the girls were. We played with a lot of confidence the entire game. We just need more experience and more games which we will get as the season goes on. We're in a good place right now, and I continue to be excited about this season. We have a lot of water polo ahead of us, and these girls are focused and determined." – head coach Bryan Suhovy
