FRESNO, Calif. –  Hannah Holly's steal and buzzer-beating goal powered Fresno Pacific over Sonoma State, 11-10, on Saturday at Sunnyside Aquatics Center. Holly scored twice in the final 12 seconds as the Sunbirds completed an epic comeback to send their seniors off in style.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Sunbirds found themselves in an 8-5 hole after three quarters of play.
• FPU then turned on the jets offensively and scored six times in the final period.
• With the score 10-9 and just over 25 seconds left, the Sunbirds came out of a timeout and found Holly who evened the game with 12 seconds left. The Seawolves then set up a play with a timeout, but Holly had other plans as the senior forced a steal and swam the length of the pool and fired in the game winner just before the buzzer.Â

Emily Knowles recorded a hat trick of her own.

• Holly, Ponce and Knowles were all honored before the game for Senior Day.
• The Sunbirds have defeated the Seawolves in the last four meetings between the two teams, with three of the wins being 11-10 affairs.
