FPU falls to 9-10 overall and 1-2 in the GCC, while CBU moves to 19-7 overall and 3-0 in league action.

Courtney Hall made five saves in three quarters of action, while
Kaylin Drum added five blocks in the final period.

FPU trailed 2-1 after the opening quarter before the Lancers took control of the game with a five-goal second period. The Sunbirds trailed 7-2 at the intermission and were held to one goal in the second half.

FPU was limited to a 1-for-7 clip in power plays, while CBU capitalized with four goals in six chances.

The Lancers received a hat trick from Hannah Evans and Samantha Banks apiece in the win. Meghan Rowland added 11 saves.
