Despite leading 5-4 during the third quarter, the Sunbirds fell 6-11 in the end.
“I was very proud of how the women played today. Their continued growth shows in every game,” complimented Head Coach
Bryan Suhovy.
Six different Sunbirds all had one goal apiece.
Marissa Nunes,

Brittney Guerrero and
Nicolette Haley all contributed to the Sunbirds' six goals.

Coach Suhovy concluded, “The Sunbird women worked hard every second of the game fighting to stay in it. East Bay's experience just wore us down a bit in the fourth quarter.”
