Sunbirds Build on Early Season Marks

CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific University men's and women's track and field team competed at the CMS Rossi Relays on Saturday, continuing to build on early-season marks.

WOMEN'S TOP FINISHERS

Kyla Richardson earned an NCAA Provisional in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.76, taking second in the event while teammate Madison Flores finished close behind in third.
Gianna Dickson won the 100-meter hurdles in 14.39 and did the same in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.30
Dana Manibog Gatewood, Richardson, Chloe Sharp and Madison Flores earned the top spot in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 47.07.
Zara Anthony and Kyra Bailey joined Richardson and Manibog Gatewood in the 4x800-meter relay to win it with a time of 1:44.07.
Kiah Murray owned high jump, winning the event with a mark of 5'5.75".
Xiamara Young was back at it with a long jump victory, sending it 17'9.5".
Young took triple jump with a mark of 37'2.25"

MEN'S TOP FINISHERS

Isaac Davis flew in long jump, winning it all with a mark of 22'5.75".
Davis took second in triple jump with 46'11.5", followed by teammate Adrian Hodges and Devin Kelly.
Moe Bradley continues to dominate shot put, hitting 56'1.75" and earning an NCAA Provisional.
Jesse Franco took second in the hammer throw with 165'8".

The Sunbirds compete in nearby Turlock, Calif. at the Kim Duyst Invite on Saturday, March 5.
