Cassie Pisik gave the Sunbirds a game-high 24 points, giving her a total of 51 in two exhibitions so far this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:Â
- Fresno State controlled the opening tip and went on an early run to take a 28-14 lead at the end of the first quarter.
- The Blue and Orange followed with a 13-1 run of their own, capped by a Jessica Malazarte triple that forced the Bulldogs into a timeout.
- The second quarter saw the Sunbirds outscore their hosts 24-13 to cut the deficit to three heading to the intermission.
- Kate McClard knocked down a three-ball to open the third quarter, but the rest of the second half was all Bulldogs.
- Fresno State pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring FPU 34-16 heading to the final chapter.

STATS FROM THE GAME:Â
- Pisik led all scorers with 24 points and a team-high seven boards.
- McClard was the only other Sunbird to work her way into double-figures, scoring 11 points.
- Malazarte finished her night with eight points and five assists.
