OAKLAND, Calif. – Fresno Pacific used a balanced attack to take down Holy Names, 3-1, on Friday night in PacWest action. Four Sunbirds finished with double-digit kills as FPU picked up its third win in four matches.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Sunbirds held Holy Names to a negative attack percentage and received four kills from
Jaalyn Sotoa-Stuebing to run away with the opening set.Â
• After dropping the second frame, FPU responded in the third with a dominant 25-15 win. A 5-0 early run in the set gave FPU the advantage, which was sparked by two kills from
Caroline Bodziak.
• The 'Birds came out firing in the fourth set and scored the opening nine points before rolling to the road win.

Carley Bock led the Sunbirds with 12 kills, 17 digs and three service aces, while
Caroline Bodziak and
Jaalyn Sotoa-Stuebing added 11 kills apiece.
