As a Junior (2017) - Appeared in 27 matches for the Sunbirds and made 13 starts....averaged 2.40 points and 2.23 kills per set....had double-digit kills in eight different matches....put down 14 kills on .281 hitting in the season opener against Adelphi (9/1)....had a career-best 16 kills on two different occasions, the first against Hawai'i Hilo (9/23) and the second versus Hawai'i Pacific (10/9).

Prior to FPU - Spent two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College under head coach Natosha Spain....named All-Conference, All-Academic, Most Valuable Player and received the Female Leadership Award of the Year....prepped at Colegio Curso Dom Bosco under head coach Tatiana Ribas....also was a member of the swimming and diving team and tennis team while in high school.

Personal - Daughter Vanir Teixeira and Eron Bodziak....has two siblings named Rebeca and Joas....her aunt participated in the 1996 Olympics with the Brazilian national team....her good friend Marcella Frazzoni plays for Concordia....enjoys eating Brazilian barbecue and Brazilian cheese bread....favorite movie is Cosmos....listens to Nina Simone....person she would most like to meet is Frida Kahlo....hobbies include dancing, listening to music and reading....Caroline is a psychology major with plans to become a flight attendant.
