GAME 1:
Tristen Alvarez opened the scoring with a sac fly to right in the second inning, plating Hunter Villanueva to give the Sunbirds a 1-0 lead.
• An infield single gave the Eagles the equalizer in the top of the fifth, but the Sunbirds answered with a four-spot in the home half.
• Biola first baseman Colton Worthington came in to score on a wild pitch in the sixth inning, and defensive blunders helped the Eagles tie the game at 5-5 two frames later.
Eddie Sievers singled up the middle to open the home ninth, and Braden Frankfort's groundout moved Sievers into scoring position.
• With Hunter Villanueva at the plate, Biola reliever Josh Ludeman bounced a ball in the dirt, allowing Sievers to score the winning run from second base.
Esteban Lizaola racked up a career-high ten strikeouts before giving way to bullpen, while Kobie Anton and Jonathan Molina teamed up for the final two innings.
• Molina picked up his second win, while Ludeman was saddled with his second loss of the year.

GAME 2:
• The Eagle offense wasted no time in Game 2, nearly batting around twice in the opening stanza.
Nate Case gave the home nine their only multi-hit performance of the game, as well as the team's only extra base hit.
• Biola's Troy Stainbrook picked up the win after allowing just one earned run over the game's first five innings.
• Anthony Villegas tossed the final two frames on the mound for the Eagles, scattering three hits along the way.
• Sunbird starter Josue Mendivil took the loss, while Philip Dinish and Thomas Camargo combined for just one unearned run over the final two chapters.
