FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific women's basketball team is scheduled to open league play this week with a two-game road trip to the Bay Area. The Sunbirds will visit Notre Dame de Namur on Thursday before taking on Holy Names two days later.
"After many ups and downs, I believe we turned a corner this last weekend. With PacWest play starting this week, we will get a chance to test ourselves right away and see if we have indeed found our identity. Both NDNU and HNU will present good tests for us to, but we are looking forward to starting conference on a great note." – head coach
