FRESNO, Calif.  – The Fresno Pacific women's basketball team is set for the first two road games of the season, taking on CSU Bakersfield on Tuesday before wrapping up the week with a visit to UC Merced on Saturday.
 
"We are excited about this week. Having CSU Bakersfield tomorrow is going to be one of the biggest challenges of the year for us, and they will test the style of play that we are trying to execute this year. They are long, athletic, and very talented, but we are viewing it as an opportunity to improve," head coach Tim Beauregard said. "UC Merced is another well-coached, hardworking team that executes well on both ends of the floor. Both games this week will help us continue to solidify our identity, and we are looking forward to a great week of basketball."
