The women's tennis team didn't let a little rain stop them from steamrolling Hawaii Hilo 9-0 on Wednesday.

Fresno Pacific made quick work of the Vulcans earning straight set wins, including one shutout, at all six singles spots. Freshman Megan Lee stepped up big to earn her first win from the No. 5 singles spot 6-0, 6-0 over Megan Fujitake. On the same day that sophomore Petra Jurova moved up one spot in the national rankings to No. 13 she made quick work of Trixie Croad 6-3, 6-0 at No. 1 singles.

Laure-Anne Josso and Matilda Ackered each had a shutout set on their way to straight-set victories.

Jurova and Angelika Sobiecka led FPU in doubles as the 18th ranked pair in Division II scored an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles.

Fresno Pacific will be back in action in Azusa to take on the Cougars in a pivotal matchup for NCCAA positioning.
