In addition to Roos' five scores,
David Maes tallied three goals and two assists for the Sunbirds offensively. Â Freshman Erick Brown finished with two goals and three assists, while
Connor Cookingham rounded out the scoring with one goal.
John Samson dished out a pair of assists in the loss.
Â
Dillon Robinson played well in goal and finished the afternoon with 15 saves.
Â
"Ian continues to step up as an offensive powerhouse," said Suhovy. "I was proud of Erik, who really stepped up earning minutes after losing Seymour, and David did a good job controlling our pace. All-in-all it was a great experience and I'm proud of how we performed today."
