FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno Pacific men's water polo superstar Forrest Gray added another accolade to his belt, earning the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Division II At-Large Third Team honors.

According to the CSC, the 2026 Academic All-America Division II At-Large Team, comprised of 45 honorees, combined for an impressive 3.85 cumulative GPA. Gray was one of 15 student-athletes selected to the Third Team and the lone men's water polo student-athlete recognized in the entire division.

"During his time here, Forrest has been the epitome of what we want a Sunbird water polo player to represent," head coach Jonathan Miller mentioned. "He has excelled in the pool, classroom, and as a spiritual leader on our team."

The honor adds to an outstanding senior campaign for Gray, who was named Fresno Pacific's 2026 Male Sunbird of the Year before graduating this spring with a 3.79 GPA in Business Administration.

He was recognized for his excellence both in the classroom and in the pool after helping lead the Sunbirds to their highest finish in the WWPA Conference Championships. He earned ACWPC First Team All-America honors, a spot on the WWPA All-Tournament First Team, and Second Team All-WWPA recognition.

Appearing in 24 contests, Gray paced Fresno Pacific with 65 goals, 84 points, and 167 shot attempts while adding 19 assists and 22 steals. His .389 shooting percentage helped him finish sixth in the conference in goals, sixth in goals per game (2.6), seventh in points per game (3.6), and 10th overall in total points.
