RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Fresno Pacific (9-9, 5-6 GSAC) women's basketball lost a tough one in overtime to Cal Baptist (13-8, 5-6 GSAC) 73-76.

Samantha Cardeno led the Sunbirds with 27 points, six of which coming in overtime.  Cardeno also had seven rebounds, right behind MacKenzie Butler's team-high eight rebounds.  #Bricali Cooley# led assists with six.

The Sunbirds led by as much as 22 points in the second half, but struggled with a 38 percent shooting and 60 percent free throw shooting in the second half.  The Sunbirds played a much improved period in overtime shooting 60 percent, but the Lancers converted on four offensive rebounds to help take the game by three points.

Fresno Pacific will travel to La Mirada to take on Biola on Tuesday, February 3.  The game will tipoff at 5:30 p.m.
