Tovstogan picked up first-place finishes in the 100-meter breaststroke, 200-meter breaststroke, and 200 individual medley at the PCSC Championships last week, while also helping two relay teams to victory. An All-American for the Sunbirds a season ago, Tovstogan was named the Swimmer of the Meet for the second consecutive season and will again represent the Blue and Orange at the National Championships in March.
