Coleman led the Sunbirds in scoring in each of the three games on the trip to Hawaii, going for 17 points against Hawai'i Hilo, 21 against Hawai'i Pacific and 22 against Chaminade. He currently ranks third in the PacWest Conference in scoring at 17.9 points per game, making him the only FPU player in the top 12.
