Tovstogan had a big week at the UNLV Invite, helping the Sunbirds to a 4th-place finish after winning the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.90), finishing second in the 200-yard backstroke, (2:16.18) and placing fourth in the 200-yard IM (2:04.19).
