Chemalmal led the way at the Clovis Crush Invitational at Woodward Park. In the season-opening victory, Chemalmal set the pace in the 4-mile course with a first-place finishing time of 20:42. He outran 253 runners, and his performance earned him PacWest Runner of the Week.
