Biography
As a Junior (2017) - at the PacWest championship, earned all-conference honors with a second-place finish in the 400 hurdles (53.50), a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay (3:11.56) and a third-place finish in the 4x100 relay (42.65)….sits at sixth in the FPU record books in the 400m hurdles with a mark of 53.50.
As a Sophomore (2016) - Academic All-PacWest.
Prior to FPU - Spent four seasons on the varsity track & field team at Golden West High School under coach Larry Lung....earned All-American honors twice and team MVP twice....was team captain....competed in the state championships in the 300 hurdles....top high school marks included 39 seconds in the 300 hurdles, 15.05 in the 110 hurdles, 21' 6.5" in the long jump, and 49.12 in the 400....also played three years of varsity soccer, earning defensive MVP honors.
Personal - Parents are Tracy and Martiene Hickam....has one sister, Kimberly....his father Tracy played college soccer....person he admires most is his father....Scott is a business administration major.
