FRESNO, Calif. — Fresno Pacific Athletics is kicking off its second annual Week of Giving, a special fundraising initiative designed to support Sunbird student-athletes and programs across campus.
Following a successful inaugural campaign that raised $162,000 for Fresno Pacific in its first year, the Week of Giving returns with another opportunity for the Sunbird community to make a meaningful impact.
"After a successful launch last year, we are excited to bring back our Week of Giving," mentioned Kyle Ferguson, FPU Director of Athletics. "Every dollar raised goes directly to our teams, providing opportunities beyond their standard budgets, from new technology to additional travel. We are grateful for the generosity of our supporters and the impact they make on our student-athletes."
This year's campaign begins Monday, September 21, and runs through Sunday, September 27, bringing together alumni, families, friends and supporters of Fresno Pacific for a week centered on generosity, community and faith. Every gift directly impacts Fresno Pacific student-athletes and helps provide support and resources to programs across campus.
Sunbird supporters can play a role in helping student-athletes pursue excellence while growing in their walk with Christ.
