SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - It was a strong performance from the top to the bottom of the lineup for the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds who swept the Westmont Warriors Saturday afternoon 4-0. 

The Sunbirds kicked off the winning early clinching the doubles point with a 6-1 win on Court 1 by Nayuma Subba and Yume Ueoku followed by another win on Court 2 for Elise Leik and Audrey Ouellet 6-2. 

On Court 3, Halle Faherty and Daimy Paula were up 5-4 when the point was decided. 

Following her dominant performance in the doubles, Ueoku earned the second Sunbird point of the day with a 6-1, 6-0 win on Court 2. 

The third point of the day came from Ouellet who recorded an impressive win of her own 6-1, 6-0 on Court 2. 

Subba secured the game winning point on Court 1 where she handled her opponent in straight sets 6-3, 6-4.

When play was halted, Leik was up 6-2, 5-2 on Court 4, while Paula and Malia Mitchell were still fighting in their first sets on Courts 5 and 6.

The Sunbirds will head home for a Thursday match against the University of Texas-Permian Basin at 2:00pm at the Haak Tennis Complex.
