FRESNO, Calif.-Freshman Cadence Cunha's list of collegiate firsts continues to lengthen after the conference named her PacWest Player of the Week on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Cunha came off the bench against Academy of Art and delivered the equalizer five minutes after halftime for her first collegiate goal.

Two minutes later, Cunha cashed in the game winner, another collegiate first for the Clovis native.

The brace helped FPU net its first conference win of the season and first win in over a month.

The goals were also FPU's first since a September 19th match against San Francisco State.

Cunha's first collegiate brace was also the first of the season by a Sunbird and came at the right time in the middle of a long stretch of matches away from home.
