FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific men's tennis team took on Ventura College on Tuesday, coming up short 6-1 ahead of Saturday's PacWest matchup with Point Loma.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Gregor Kliimask and Paco Wortellman fell short in the No. 1 doubles match, but Ben Cronau and Joshua Wong were able to steal a clutch 7-5 in their No. 2 match.
- Pablo Zubieta and Wong both fell in straight sets in their singles matches, but Cronau came out strong in his match, winning in straight sets in two thrilling 7-6 set wins.
- Sven Bangert and Martin Ramirez both went to a decisive third set in their respective matches, but came up short 6-4 and 7-6, respectively.
