Game Recap: Women's Water Polo |

Sunbirds Split in Riverside

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The FPU women's water polo team split its two games on Saturday, dominating Redlands with a 20-6 win, but falling 19-4 against No. 16 UC Santa Barbara.

QUOTABLE

"We put together a solid game against Redlands. Tatum led the charge and everyone contributed. I was happy with our overall performance. Against Santa Barbara, we worked hard but struggled to put it all together. We were a little slow to react and allowed mistakes to compound on each other. We learned from both experiences and focused on growth today, applying what we worked on this week. It continues to be an uphill process for us, and the goal is to improve with each game. I felt we did that this weekend." – head coach Bryan Suhovy
