SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific women's water polo team competed against Santa Clara University and Stanford University on Saturday, dropping both contests on the road.
QUOTABLE
"We had a slow start to the day and didn't play our best against Santa Clara. We recognized where we struggled and used it as an opportunity to grow as a team. We went into the Stanford game with a renewed mindset and embraced the opportunity to learn. Playing under the lights at Stanford's Avery Stadim against Stanford is not something every college athelete gets to do. We soaked it in, had fun and became a better team for it tonight." – head coach Bryan Suhovy
