SEATTLE – The Fresno Pacific University track and field programs had a soft open to their 2022 season, competing in their only indoor meet of the year at the UW Invite in Seattle.
QUOTABLE:
"I am very pleased with how we all opened up our season today. I was glad to see a balance between missed expectations and general satisfaction from the squad regarding their performances. It shows that they know they have a high-level of potential achievement because of the work they put in, but also realize that this is simply the opening effort, and I will take several meets to express their fitness. We're going into this season in a better place than we ever have, both for the women and the men." – head coach
Ray Winter
