QUOTABLE:
  • "With one of our regular starters out and another in major foul trouble the whole game today, we needed people to step up, and they did. We got a relentless and lively defensive effort from our whole team. Point Loma played at a pace that we like, but with a couple pieces missing we had to dig deep to play up and down. I'm proud of our team's tightness from start to finish. Our only focus at this point is playing our best basketball of the year with every game. This week and tonight was a good step in that direction." - head coach Tim Beauregard
