CHICO, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific men's soccer team was tripped up on Friday night, falling to Chico State by a final of a 3-0.

SCORING:
- (20:42) A rolling corner bounced all the way to the far post, where Garrett Hogbin was able to find the back of the net to start the scoring.
- (43:56) After the initial shot was saved and deflected, Ronan McEnroe came away with the ball near the right post to push the Chico State lead to 2-0.
- (73:58) Jacob Chong's angled pass put Noah Ross undefended on the right wing, and Ross beat the keeper to the far post from 15 yards out.
STATS FROM THE GAME:
- Chico State outshot their guests 15-9, including a 6-3 mark in shots on frame.
- FPU keeper Patrick Timmer racked up three saves between the posts for FPU before giving way to Logan Dinsdale for the second half.
