HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Sunbirds wasted no time on Wednesday, as a Jared Aguilar single gave FPU a 1-0 lead in the first inning.
• Ross Dodds singled home Matt McGrady two innings later to make 2-0, but the Urban Knights answered in the fourth with a game-tying single off the bat of Elijah Smith.
• Five ARTU hits and an FPU error helped the Urban Knights take a 6-2 lead in the fifth inning, but Dodds and Jarrett Anton sparked back-to-back doubles to cut the deficit to two.
• The Blue and Orange then posted a four-run sixth to retake the lead for good, with Anton's RBI single providing the final Sunbird run.
• Academy of Art got a leadoff triple from Justin Summers in the seventh, and he trotted in to score on a groundout for the final run of the afternoon.
Michael Warkentin was hit by a pitch with one out in the bottom of the ninth, and Nick Dodd's infield single allowed him to get to third.

STATS FROM THE DAY
• Five Sunbirds recorded a multi-hit game, while Dodds, Anton and Hefner combined for seven RBI for the day.
• FPU starter Esteban Lizaola was chased in the fifth despite fanning six ARTU hitters over the first four innings.
• Garrett Cooper picked up his first win of the season after tossing three innings of relief, and Josh Acosta retired all six batters he faced to earn his first save.

BEYOND THE BOX:
• FPU scored first in each of the four games of the series.
• Aguilar's first inning hit allowed him to reach in his 16th straight game, the longest streak of any FPU player this season.
