Angel Flores went deep to open the final frame. Â
• Biola got one back with a solo shot off the bat of Jackson Collins in the bottom of the ninth, but the Eagles would get no closer.
• Tristen Alvarez' singled to right to get the 'Birds on the scoreboard first in the series finale, and Flores again homered three innings later.
• A two-out throwing error allowed the Eagles to continue the inning in the sixth, and Jarron Largusa made the Sunbirds pay with a two-run dinger that tied the game.Â
• Connor Kostecka walked it off with another two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to give Biola the series split.Â
