Biography

As a Junior (2018) - Started 12 games on the mound for the Sunbirds....made FPU debut against #9 Chico State, allowing one earned run over four innings (2/2)....struck out career-high 11 batters against Sonoma State (2/10)....led the team with a 2.11 earned run average....tossed three of the team's seven complete games....struck out 76 batters in 85.1 innings of work....held opponents to a .235 batting average....named as Third Team All-PacWest selection. 

Prior to FPU - Prepped at Exeter Union High School....spent two years at College of the Sequoias before transferring to FPU....two-time All-Conference....named team's Pitcher of the Year twice.

Personal - The son of Johnny and Juanita Garcia....favorite pro sports team is the Boston Red Sox....majoring in liberal studies.
