About the Sunbirds (1-6-1, 1-2-0 PacWest)
The Blue and Orange picked up their first win of the season last week, opening PacWest Conference action with an exciting 1-0 victory over Academy of Art on Monday night. Since then, the Sunbirds dropped an overtime heartbreaker at Concordia on Thursday night before falling to red-hot Point Loma on Saturday afternoon. FPU continues to be one of the most attack-minded teams in the league, averaging 15.5 shots per game.

About the Penguins (2-4-1, 0-1-0 PacWest)
After back-to-back non-conference wins over UC Santa Cruz and Holy Names, Dominican fell 1-0 to Academy of Art in their PacWest opener last Saturday. Junior goalkeeper Alyssa Ramos ranks third individually in the league with 26 saves, and she is one of just five PacWest keepers to deliver multiple shutouts.
