HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Sunbirds rolled in the opening set and used a 4-0 run with the score 16-16 to take control.
• FPU carried the momentum into the second frame and jumped out to a 8-3 lead. The Sunbirds lead 21-11 at one point during the set.
• After dropping the third, the Sunbirds found themselves in a 16-10 hole in the fourth. FPU then rode the right arm of Bock and used a 15-7 run to escape Belmont with a 3-1 win.

• Bock's 21 kills came on .341 hitting. She added 14 digs and three aces for the Sunbirds.

Madison Pierce amassed 10 kills for the 'Birds, while
Greta Dobenecker dished out 49 assists.
Sierra LeBeau totaled 17 digs and Dobenecker finished with 11 digs.
