FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno Pacific couldn't overcome a quick start from #15 California Baptist on Thursday night, as the Sunbirds fell 19-10 in Western Water Polo Association (WWPA) play at the Lancer Aquatics Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Sunbirds couldn't overcome a slow start, as California Baptist jumped out to a 9-4 lead after the opening period.
• FPU, who trailed 14-6 at halftime, held CBU to five scores in the second half. The Sunbirds added four goals in the final two quarters to make the final 19-10.
STATS OF THE GAME:

Kyle Eoff led the way for FPU with four points on a hat trick and an assist.
