Biography
As a Junior (2018) – WWPA All-Academic Team honoree….appeared in 21 games for the Sunbirds….totaled seven goals on .318 shooting….also tallied 15 assists, five drawn exclusions, six steals and three field blocks on the year….season highlights included his game-winning goal, netted with one second left on the clock to power FPU to its first win of the season, a 10-9 victory over Cal Lutheran (10/5).
Prior to FPU - Prepped at Hanford High School.
Personal - Son of Lori and Darren Verdegaal....has two siblings, Grant and Gage....loves to eat pizza....enjoys music by Bob Marley....roots for the Los Angeles Dodgers....Garth is a kinesiology major who plans on becoming a physical therapist.
