*Today's match has been tabbed as the NAIA Match of the Week as it features the top two teams in the GSAC. Both teams come in with long win streaks and undefeated conference records.
*FPU has now won nine straight after winning back-to-back road games this week, despite playing without Erica Adachi.
*Concordia started the year 1-1 but has gone on to win 15 straight. The Eagles, under first-year coach Dan Fisher, feature a balanced attack led by junior Brooke Marino.
*FPU swept the season series with the Eagles last season, winning 3-1 in Fresno and 3-0 in Irvine. The Sunbirds hold a record of 51-2 all-time against the Eagles, the best record any team has against Concordia in any sport.
