Santino Reynolds

Santino Reynolds joined the FPU women's basketball program in the summer of 2019 and was elevated to Associate Head Coach following the 2023–24 season. His promotion reflects a natural progression in his leadership, skill set, and impact on the trajectory of the program.

With a coaching career that began at the high school level, Reynolds brought 13 years of experience to Fresno Pacific, including six standout seasons as head coach at San Joaquin Memorial High School. During that tenure, he led the Panthers to two CMAC Championships and three Valley Championships, producing over 100 career wins and helping five student-athletes go on to compete at the collegiate level.

At FPU, Reynolds is deeply involved in the daily operations of the program, contributing to everything from practice planning and scouting to player development and team culture. He also serves as the program’s lead in local recruiting, building strong connections across the Central Valley and playing a vital role in identifying student-athletes who align with the program’s vision.

“We absolutely lucked out when we hired Santino. From the beginning, he was a coach who fit our ethos perfectly—tireless in his work, fiercely loyal, and deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with our players. Over the years, he’s grown into a true leader within our program and someone I count on every day. His progression into the Associate Head Coach role is a direct reflection of his character, leadership, and investment in our program. He sees the big picture and brings the daily drive to help us reach it.”
