FPU Water Polo alumnus Samuel Ramos joined Jonathan Miller’s staff ahead of the 2026 season.

The Hayward, CA native appeared in 100 games for the Sunbirds across his four-year collegiate career, leading the team in assists and field blocks and ranking 4th in the WWPA in assists per game his senior season. Ramos was a two-time all-league performer and three-time league champion in high school.  He began coaching at the club level during his college career with the SoAC Water Polo Club in Alameda County for two seasons.

Outside of polo, Ramos enjoys golf, working out, spending time with family, and supporting the Golden State Warriors.
