Leah Gonzales-Edwards joined the Fresno Pacific tennis program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2026.

A native of London, England, Gonzales-Edwards played her first two collegiate seasons at Division II Northeastern State University (OK) from 2022-24, earning All-MIAA Honorable Mention recognition. She then transferred to Holy Cross College (IN), where she completed her playing career from 2024-26 and served as team captain during her senior season. Gonzales-Edwards earned All-Conference honors in singles and twice received All-Conference recognition in doubles while helping Holy Cross capture two CCAC championships and NAIA National Tournament appearances. During the 2025-26 season, she was named the NAIA’s Most Improved Player and achieved career-high national rankings of No. 15 in singles and No. 9 in doubles. She also received Third Team All-America recognition and was twice named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

Gonzales-Edwards graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She was named to the Dean’s List during all four years of her collegiate career.
