Brianna Green – one of the most-decorated student-athletes in Fresno Pacific Athletics history – returns to the program as Assistant Hurdles and Sprints Coach ahead of the 2026 Track & Field season.
In her three seasons as a Sunbird, Green rewrote the history books for a program with a rich history of Track & Field success. In addition to holding the 2
nd best 100m time in school history, Green is the FPU’s all-time record-holder in six events: 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, 100m hurdles, and 400m hurdles.
In 2023, Green’s first season at FPU, she became a PacWest champion as a member of the women’s 4x400m relay team. She would go on to win five more conference titles as a Sunbird, including back-to-back triumphs in the 400m Hurdles and 4x100m relay in 2024 and 2025.
The six-time All-American qualified for four events at the 2025 NCAA Division II National Championships and returned home as a two-time national champion. She was part of the winning 4x100m Relay team, and brought home FPU’s first-ever individual championship in the 400m Hurdles. Her awards haul did not stop there, as she was honored both for her athletic and academic pursuits at the conference, regional, and national levels.

The St Augustine, Florida native graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree. She also earned an associate's degree in Communications from College of the Redwoods. In addition to her role at FPU, she's also a member of the Kingsburg High School track & field coaching staff. Green has a twin sister who is an active US Marine.
