Biography
As a Junior (2018) - Appeared in 29 games for Team FPU, tallying 14 steals, 13 assists, two goals and six drawn exclusions....season highlights include her performance against Caltech, where she picked up two assists and a steal (3/3), her well-balanced contributions versus Concordia, where she added a goal, an assist, and a steal to the winning effort (3/10), and her two assist, two steal showing versus Harvard (3/17).
As a Sophomore (2017) - GCC All-Academic....appeared in 31 games for the Sunbirds...amassed six goals and seven assists for 13 points...scored in back-to-back games to open the season against Cal State East Bay (1/21) and Sonoma State (2/4)...scored a career-high three times in a win against Caltech (3/4).
As a Freshman (2016) - Appeared in 18 games for FPU...totaled two goals, two assists and five steals...scored twice, including her first career goal, in a win over Concordia (3/12).
Prior to FPU - Played four years of varsity water polo at Stadium High School under head coach Virginia Larson....received several honors, including All-League Honorable Mention (2014), All-League First Team (2015) and team MVP....was team captain both her junior and her senior seasons....also competed for four years on the varsity swim team.
Personal - Daughter of Timothy and Ann Marie Grant....has two siblings, Jacqueline and Seamus....chose FPU because of the small campus and the community atmosphere....person she most admires is her sister....favorite movie is 10 Things I Hate About You....roots for the Seattle Seahawks....Nonie-Ann is a liberal studies major with plans of becoming a special education teacher.
