Lauren Manzo was hired as an assistant volleyball coach in August of 2017. She comes to FPU after a successful career as a student-athlete at the collegiate level.
Manzo most recently served as an assistant at Suny Potsdam from 2014-17. She transferred to Potsdam in 2013 and starred as a student-athlete, appearing in 31 games as a setter.
Prior to transferring, Manzo played two seasons at Fresno City College where she led the Rams to a third-place finish at the state championships. She was named the Central Valley Conference MVP, All-State, All-Northern California and first-team All-Conference during her time at FCC.
Manzo graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School, where she was named the NYL MVP her senior year.
