Prior to FPU - Prepped at Rockford High School in Rockford, Michigan, where she also played basketball for three years....spent three years at Valparaiso....on the 2014 Crusaders team that won the Horizon League Championship.

Personal - The daughter of Matt and Bonnie Ryfiak....favorite book is The Alchemist....favorite sports team is the Detroit Lions....pursuing a Master's Degree in Kinesiology.
