Biography
As a Junior (2017) - Appeared in all 18 games for the Sunbirds, including 10 starts....recorded an assist in 4-1 victory over Holy Names (10/9)....helped FPU deliver five shutouts....served as team captain....Academic All-PacWest selection.
As a Sophomore (2016) - Appeared in 15 games for the Sunbirds, including 12 starts....scored her first career goal in FPU's 5-0 victory over Holy Names (10/22)....picked up an assist against BYU-Hawaii (9/24)....contributed to five shutouts....Academic All-PacWest selection.
As a Freshman (2015) - Appeared in 15 games, making 10 starts for Sunbirds....was an integral component of the defensive line that recorded six shutouts, including the 1-0 upset vs. Concordia....also contributed to the offense, tallying an assist in the win over Dominican (10/7) and the tie with Cal Baptist (10/24).
Prior to FPU - Prepped at Central High School....three-time Defensive Player of the Year....First Team All-TRAC.
Personal - Parents are Matthew and Laura Strong....has one sister, Holly....most admires her parents and grandparents....favorite athlete is Michelle Akers....majoring in kinesiology.
